Fuel prices rise to a two-year high
EVERETT — Shelly Sotto won’t be making her weekly trip to Monroe to pick up her paycheck on Fridays. After watching gas prices steadily creep up the past few months, Sotto said she needs to cut back on the extra 45-mile round trip from her home in south Everett to her job in Monroe.
